Shipping + Lead Times

Shipping times vary by product. Metal base and ErgoPro stools typically ship within 7–10 days. Wooden-legged stools are made to order with current lead times of 16–20 weeks. Desks are made to order with current lead times of 8–12 weeks.

Free shipping is available on select online purchases shipped within the Continental U.S. Free shipping is not offered on wooden-legged stools or the Owl Standing Desk.

If your product arrives damaged, please notify us and provide pictures of the stool and box in the condition they arrived, as soon as possible. These photos are essential in our insurance process with UPS. Please keep all original parts and packaging together until further instructions from us.
