Where is Owl Furniture made?
Every Owl Stool is made in Maine. We work with Square Manufacturing Co. in Lewiston, Maine—a small, hands-on shop where each piece is built with close attention to material and process.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by product. Metal base and ErgoPro stools typically ship within 7–10 days. Wooden-legged stools are made to order with current lead times of 16–20 weeks. Desks are made to order with current lead times of 8–12 weeks. See our full shipping and lead time details for more information.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, reach out and we'll make it right. Please see our Returns + Exchanges page for full details.
What does your product guarantee cover?
We guarantee the craftsmanship and wood materials for five years to the original owner. If you experience problems after five years, we'll gladly repair the item at a slight cost. Note that our warranty does not cover kits, improper use, accidents, or commercial use. There is a BIFMA-tested 300 lb weight limit. See our guarantee page for more information.
Which seat is right for me?
Both the Classic and Pro seats share the same patented postural support design—it's simply a matter of how you sit. The Classic seat is best suited for those who sit passively, straight and tall. The Pro seat suits a more active, forward-leaning posture with greater need for leg mobility. If you're unsure, reach out and we'll help you decide.
